The group's principal activity is to provide management and administrative services to the housekeeping, laundry, linen, facility maintenance and food service departments of the health care industry. Housekeeping services include cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing resident areas in the facilities. Laundry and linen services involve laundering and processing of the residents' personal clothing. Food services consist of the development of a menu that meets the residents' dietary needs, purchasing and preparing the food to assure the residents receive an appetizing meal, and participation in monitoring the residents' on-going nutrition status. Maintenance services consist of repair and maintenance of laundry equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as carpentry and painting.
